Beate's aunt lives in the small, tall, yellow house just down the street. There she sits and collects words - she collects strange words, nice words, old and new words, for such words can become poems and rhymes and rules that she can pass on to those she meets.
Beate's aunt lives with Bjørnen Obstfelder. (He is a bear and not a teddy bear, that is important to him.) Obstfelder is actually a rather shy bear and often goes into dens. But with the help of twelve old and new poems for children that embrace everything from traditional rules to small art by Sigbjørn Obsfelder, William Shakespeare, Andre Bjerke, Arild Nyquist, Roald Dahl and Hans Sande, the aunt and the audience manage to lure Bjørnen Obstfelder into the community.
The performance is suitable for children from 3-6 years.
