Virus – a fugue is about Him and Her . They are in isolation. He builds on an exact model of the apartment they live in. She doesn't feel quite in shape. In the model apartment there live copies of Him and Her : Little Him and Little Her . They talk and move down there, in the small model apartment. Little Her is not in shape either. Could that be where the infection is coming from? From down there? The fight to stop the virus is on. Join Fredrik Brattberg's absurd and dramatic universe, full of surprises, humor and philosophy. This is the first time the play has been staged in Norway. See schedule for performance dates and tickets. The performance is for adults with a minimum age of 16.
Virus – En Fuge is a relatively recently written work, which contains a lot of humour, drama and a good dose of surprises. Fredrik Brattberg composes drama inspired by the idiom of music. He works with repetitions of scenes and dialogues, they are repeated with variations as if they were to be musical themes. It creates a unity and a world of its own that turns his pieces into metaphors. Brattberg is an internationally recognized playwright. The texts have been translated into over 20 languages and count 70 entries worldwide. He has particularly had an impact in Germany, France and the Czech Republic. He has received several awards, including the Ibsen Prize in 2012 and Porsgrunn Municipality's Culture Prize in 2015. This is the first time this performance has been staged in Norway.
